My Current Skincare Routine

Hi guys,

Recently, I've fallen into a skin care routine and one that I'm actually sticking to, which is very rare for me. I've got three face wash/masks that I want to mention today. They are these beauties.

I've been using the Soap & Glory Peaches Clean (RRP: £8) the longest out of the three products (the packaging has changed since I last purchased this). I started using the product about a year ago and immediately fell in love with the scent. As the name would suggest it smells of peaches and is quite fresh. I like how the product looks very creamy but when you apply it to the skin almost feels like a gel. It removes all my makeup and makes my skin feel extremely clean, the only negative is that my eyes are a little sensitive therefore when trying to remove eye makeup it can sting a little, however I usually just use my Bioderma. Another thing I love about Soap & Glory is that it's often on offer in Boots.

I came across The Body Shop Aloe Gentle collection a few months ago after I noticed that around my lips and nose that I would get very bad dry skin and my moisturiser simply wasn't cutting it. However, when I used scented products it would simply irritate the area. This Aloe Gentle Exfoliator (RRP 75ml £9) along with the moisturiser that goes with this collection was a miracle worker. Let's face it nobody wants red and dry skin and it was something I was very conscious of. This is a gentle face scrubs with removes any dead skin. It can make my skin feel a little tight after I've used it however that's something a little bit of moisturiser doesn't fix.

My latest addition is the Super Facialist by Una Brennan (RRP £8.99). I was after a new clay mask, I've tried a few before when I was at school but wanted something new. I saw that Fleur De Force had mentioned this and it was affordable so I made a cheeky purchase when I was in Boots one day. This is by far my favourite clay mask that I've used. Its quite a thick texture as you'd expect and can be easily removed with a face cloth or simply washing off (there's nothing worse than a mask that is difficult to wash off). I've noticed that my skin has been a lot clearer since using this and feels much cleaner. The only negative is that I have to be very careful about not getting any on my lips, even the slightest trace of the product sends my lips tingling something I'm not fond of (thank you to the dentist).

So here's my skin care products at the moment. Have you tried any of these products? Leave a comment below of what you'd like to see on here.
